Your can see the records in the 'DNS Zone' tab for your Domain in the All My Domains area of the PBA Control Panel. The records will look like the examples below (replace 'yourdomain.com' with your actual domain).
yourdomain.com MX 100 yourdomain.com.s7a1.psmtp.com
yourdomain.com MX 200 yourdomain.com.s7a2.psmtp.com
yourdomain.com MX 300 yourdomain.com.s7b1.psmtp.com
yourdomain.com MX 400 yourdomain.com.s7b2.psmtp.com
By default there is one MX record in the DNS template inside the Plesk Control Panel. You will need to modify the default record and add the other three (3) records.
