This is notification that eApps Hosting has scheduled a maintenance event for Sunday, April 5 from 2:00AM – 5:00AM Eastern Standard Time (GMT-5) This is a three (3) hour maintenance window. YOUR SITE WILL NOT BE IMPACTED BY THIS THREE HOUR MAINTENANCE EVENT!
eApps Hosting is committed to providing the highest possible quality of service and therefore we pro-actively notify you so that you may have the opportunity to manage your business appropriately.
Work to be performed:
1.eApps Hosting will be performing software upgrades of the Control Panel system. What this means is that your site will not go down, but you will be unable to access the Control Panel and the eApps Store for a period of up to thee hours during the maintenance window.
2.eApps Hosting will also be performing an upgrade to the eSupport ticket system. This is the ticket system that we use to manage our support function. The ticket system will not be available for up to three hours during this maintenance window. IF YOU HAVE AN URGENT TECHNICAL PROBLEM, please contact our support department by phone (+1-770-448-2100) or VOIP using Skype (eappshosting).
Risk: (LOW) – The eApps network, and your site, will be operational during the entire maintenance window. However, due to the nature of the maintenance event, you will not be able to access the Control Panel, the eApps Store and the eSupport ticket system for most or all of the maintenance window. AGAIN, YOUR SITE WILL NOT BE DOWN DURING THIS MAINTENANCE EVENT.
