This is notification about two upcoming maintenance events that have a low risk of impacting your service:
1. eApps Ticket System Upgrade
eApps Hosting has scheduled a maintenance event for Sunday, August 16 from 1:00AM – 3:00AM Eastern Daylight Time (GMT-4) This is a three (3) hour maintenance window. YOUR SITE WILL NOT BE IMPACTED BY THIS THREE HOUR MAINTENANCE EVENT!
eApps Hosting will be performing an upgrade to the support.eapps.com ticket system. This is the ticket system that we use to manage our support function. The ticket system will not be available for part of the time during this three hour maintenance window. IF YOU HAVE AN URGENT TECHNICAL PROBLEM, please contact our support department by phone or VOIP using Skype.
2. Upstream Provider Hardware Maintenance on Data Circuit Uplink
Our Data Center Provider has announced a maintenance event on Tuesday, August 18, 2009 from 2AM to 5AM EDT (GMT-4). This is a three (3) hour maintenance window. THERE IS A LOW RISK THAT YOUR SITE WILL EXPERIENCE SOME LATENCY DURING THIS THREE HOUR MAINTENANCE EVENT.
QTS will be replacing a faulty hardware module a circuit uplink device. Normal data circuit redundancy should automatically ensure that circuit traffic is not disrupted during the maintenance event. There is a low risk, however, that you may experience some latency during this maintenance window.
