This Document will provide OpenLDAP release notes for all operating systems offered by eApps. Please see the section specific to the Operating System of your subscription. To get the operating system of your subscription take the steps below.
Log into your Control Panel > click My Account tab > Subscriptions > click the name of the subscription (with type Virtuozzo Container) > the operating system is listed on the Server section of the page.

CentOS 4
The latest version available on CentOS 4 plans is 2.2.14. To take advantage of the most current version, customers are encouraged to migrate to a CentOS 5 plan. For migration details please send a request to support@eapps.com.

How to Upgrade

CentOS 4
The latest version available on CentOS 4 plans is 2.2.14. To take advantage of the most current version, customers are encouraged to migrate to a CentOS 5 plan. For migration details please send a request to support@eapps.com.
- Upgrading your version - Upgrading to the current version requires that you also upgrade your CentOS operating system and dependent applicatioins to the most recent patch, CentOs 4.5 P8 (20070605). Please perform the following steps.
- Login to your Control Panel, click on the System tab, then click on All Applications.
- Select the latest version of CentOS 4, Apache module mod_ssl (if used), CentOS 4 Development Tools (if used) and OpenLDAP, then click the Upgrade button.
- The applications may take 15-20 minutes to install, especially if you are using the Development Tools.
