Yes. We offer a 30 day, money back guarantee on all Virtual Machine Hosting plans. Your initial hosting fee will be refunded if for any reason you are not satisfied with the service, provided that you cancel within 30 days of being provisioned.
The money back guarantee does not cover items that you purchase such as domains, SSL certificates, software, or hardware. These items are non-refundable, but you own them and have a right to them if you leave our service.
To cancel your service, log in to the eApps Portal and click on My Services. Then click on the View link to the right of the Virtual Machine you wish to cancel. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen, and click on Request Cancellation. In the next screen, give your reason for wanting to cancel, and choose either Immediate or End of Billing Period as the Cancellation Type. Then click on Request Cancellation again.
NOTE - to take advantage of the 30 day money back guarantee, your cancellation date has to occur BEFORE your 30 days has elapsed. You must also specify that you are asking for a refund under the 30 day cancellation policy in your reason for cancellation.
