Yes! With the eApps Virtual Machine in the Cloud you have full control of exactly the resources you need. Our Create-A-Cloud™ tool allows you to select the quantity of resources for your individual needs! You may upgrade or downgrade specific resources - RAM, CPU, disk, and more - quickly and easily to meet demand. You can also change the length of term for your subscription period. Quarterly prepayments receive a 5% discount, semi-annual prepayments receive a 7.5% discount and annual prepayments receive a 10% discount.
You may also add service options to your account at any time in your portal at http://portal.eapps.com. Some add-on options are available at the account level and some are available for a specific virtual machine service.
Dedicated customers that need to change their plan should send a request to billing@eapps.com.
