FAQ - What brand of server does eApps use?

We build our servers using quality components from name brand manufacturers. We start with a chassis from Intel or Supermicro and add two top of the line, high performance dual-core Xeon CPUs from Intel. We then add a top end RAID controller and a bay of drives designed for heavy duty use from Seagate and other top brands. Then we fill the server with high speed DDR memory. Each server is burned in to ensure that all parts are functioning properly. The next step is installation of the core operating system and to configure the software in our Cloud environment. These tasks are performed by experienced senior technicians.
Our servers offer extremely high performance and reliability. The motherboards we use outperform the top name brands in this classification of hardware. The use of common, interchangeable parts allows us to be very responsive in replacing hardware on those rare occasions when parts fail. Since we are not dependent on factory authorized repair technicians to troubleshoot and repair our equipment, our on-site technicians can resolve hardware maintenance problems in minutes, not hours.
