Backup Services, Secondary Disks
This backup service allows you to manage backups for all of your eApps Virtual Servers located in the ATL data center. If you have Virtual Servers located in the RIC data center you will need to purchase a separate subscription for those Virtual Servers.
This service allows you to schedule backup retentions, encrypt your backups, and restore files or your entire server. The service also supports techniques to ensure that your database is backed up with a clean cutoff.
Cloud Storage Space - You can choose your allowance of backup space in GB, which can be easily adjusted at any time. If you exceed your allowance, you will be billed an overage at the standard rate plus $.05 more per GB. We recommend that you start out with a quantity equal to half the size of the combined disk size of the servers being backed up. You can upgrade or downgrade the size of your Cloud Storage Space at any time without penalty.
Managed Backups option - You may also choose to have eApps manage your backups for you. With this option eApps will schedule backups for your virtual servers, monitor alerts, and check your logs and backup status on a monthly basis. Choose the number of servers that are running in the data center that this Enterprise Backup subscription is for.
