PaaS Cluster Support Package
This package consists of a set of managed services for clustered applications in our Platform as a Service (PaaS), powered by Jelastic. WordPress, Magento, and Java clusters are eligible for this service. The following are included in the Support Package: Operational Support - eApps will ensure that the infrastructure and all server-side software are operating as expected, and will provide technical support for issues related to these components. Support does cover software components that have issues related to program code or third- plugins. Backups - An infrastructure level backup is included with our PaaS. In addition, we will set up a second local backup. Assistance with off-site backups is also available upon request. Uptime Monitoring with First Responder - Included are up to five (5) monitors with First Responder service. With this service alerts for the monitors will go directly to eApps Support for resolution. Additional monitors are available for a reasonable fee. Server Software Updates - Every six (6) months an update will be performed of all operating components, including the database, XtraDB Cluster, LiteSpeed load balancer, LiteSpeed web server, and any other component used to configure the cluster. Updates of components that include program code or plugins, such as WordPress, is not included. eApps will provide assistance with upgrading these components upon request. Security Scans - Every six (6) months a security scan for vulnerabilities will be performed on the cluster. The type of scan depends on the software used in the cluster. For example, WPscan will be used for WordPress clusters.
