Priority Support

The Priority Support service provides two valuable features over and above our excellent standard support. The first is preferential treatment over other support requests of equal severity. The second is that your call will auto-escalate to management in the event that all support representatives are on other calls. This service provides you preferential treatment, and ensures that eApps management will respond in the event that your call is not answered promptly.


Priority Support is applicable to all eApps services. Note that Priority Support does not put your request ahead of other requests of a more urgent nature.

Also, Priority Support is not necessary to receive excellent service. All customers receive 24/7 support by phone, email, chat, web form, and Skype at no extra charge.
