The Priority Support service provides two valuable features over and above our excellent standard support. The first is preferential treatment over other support requests of equal severity. The second is that your call will auto-escalate to management in the event that all support representatives are on other calls. This service provides you preferential treatment, and ensures that eApps management will respond in the event that your call is not answered promptly.
Priority Support is applicable to all eApps services. Note that Priority Support does not put your request ahead of other requests of a more urgent nature.
Also, Priority Support is not necessary to receive excellent service. All customers receive 24/7 support by phone, email, chat, web form, and Skype at no extra charge.

This is a redundant, enterprise grade Load Balancer service. The service is ideal for spanning across multiple data centers, ensuring maximum uptime for your application. The service can be configured for any eApps servers (Virtual Cloud Server, Platform as a Service - PaaS). The fee is $30 per month for most configurations, with a one time set up fee.
The use of this service assumes that you already have the required application and database servers and configuration in place. If not, we can assist you with spanning your application servers and database servers geographically. An eApps Virtual Server with the VPN Appliance (OPNsense) OS template is a virtual security appliance that can be used to implement an IPSec compliant VPN.
In Site to Site mode, your VPN Appliance will be configured to connect your eApps hosted virtual server to any security device outside of the eApps network via a secure tunnel. The VPN Appliance can also be configured to act as a hub, to connect to multiple external servers or security devices.

The service includes the following:
- Verify that the operating system and applications are up to date and complete.
- For Java applications, check Java heap memory allocation. For PHP and other program environments, check the memory configuration.
- Review resource usage (CPU load average, memory usage, disk space usage, data transfer rate usage, and total data transfer usage at peak time) over a one week period. We will provide you with a report on the usage and highlight any usage issues.
- Check logs to see if any obvious errors are present.
- Check tmp dir, /var/tmp for possible security problems. Run security scans as needed.
- Review configuration settings for MySQL or PostgreSQL database server. Review logs for obvious signs of performance problems. Review memory allocation and usage. Recommend changes to configuration settings as appropriate.
- Provide a report of our findings and recommendations.

- Database tuning - Using the Site24x7 APM, and other tools to identify adjustments to your database configuration to ensure optimal settings for database processes.
- Server resource optimization - Identify adjustments to the operating environment related to CPU, RAM, disk I/O, and networking with respect to your site/webapp.
- Report - Prepare a report of our findings and recommendations.
- Implement - Implement those recommendations that you approve.

The service is performed by skilled technicians who use automated tools and their experience to analyze your virtual machine and prepare recommendations for improving security. The recommendations provided are also implemented in your virtual server upon your approval unless otherwise noted. The service consists of the following:

Server Software Updates - Every six (6) months an update will be performed of all operating components, including the database, XtraDB Cluster, LiteSpeed load balancer, LiteSpeed web server, and any other component used to configure the cluster. Updates of components that include program code or plugins, such as WordPress, is not included. eApps will provide assistance with upgrading these components upon request.
Security Scans - Every six (6) months a security scan for vulnerabilities will be performed on the cluster. The type of scan depends on the software used in the cluster. For example, WPscan will be used for WordPress clusters.
